PAYMENT & REGISTRATION
Course fees offer an all-inclusive experience. They include round-trip transportation from Rome Fiumicino Airport to Monte Castello di Vibio, single or double occupancy rooms (upgrades available), three wonderful chef-prepared Umbrian meals per day (wine included, vegan and gluten free meals available), classrooms and individual studios, daily class sessions with your instructor, weekly excursions to important art sites in Umbria and Tuscany, and a group exhibition at the end of your session.
You may enroll in an additional class in the same session (at a different time of day) for a discounted rate ($650 for a two-week class and $350 for a one-week class).
Options for registration:

- Pay a deposit of $500 per Studio Class
- Pay a deposit of $500 per Art History Class (or $350 if combined with a Studio Class)
Class sizes are limited and registration is on a first come, first serve basis.

Due dates for remaining balances:

May / June Sessions: before March 1, 2026
July / August Sessions: before April 1, 2026​

After you register, you will receive an invoice for your remaining balance, as well as instructions for paying the balance, via email.
Refund Policy

More than 90 days before the session start date:
You may request a full refund of your deposit or tuition.

Within 90 days of the session start date:
Deposits are non-refundable. If you paid tuition in full, you may request a partial refund (minus $500 per Studio Class or standalone Art History Class, or $350 per additional Art History Class).​
